About
Richard Brennan
Chartered Sport Scientist, Performance Nutritionist
& Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Mission
Degenerative disease is on the rise across the world. Heart disease, Cancer, Diabetes and Dementia affect millions and millions of people worldwide either directly or indirectly by destroying the lives of family members and friends.

This constant rise in cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders and the terrifying increase in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's will break our health service. An increase in sedentary behaviour, consumption of ultra processed foods, a pandemic of poor sleep and stress and a loss of community has created a perfect storm for these diseases to take hold.

The current modus operandi of waiting until people get ill and then putting them on medication for life is not only foolish but unsustainable.

Correct Movement, Nutrition and Lifestyle prescription will reduce the likelihood and severity of all 4 of the big degenerative diseases, Heart Disease, Cancer, Metabolic Disease and Neurodegenerative Disease.

NO DRUG IS AS EFFECTIVE

I want to show you how to live your best life physically and mentally using simple, scientifically proven interventions to improve your health, your fitness, your mental resilience and by doing so have the chance to live your best life.

Background

Richard is a professional sport & exercise scientist specialising in Physiology and Nutrition. He is accredited with the British Association of Sport & Exercise Sciences and also chartered with the Science Council.
These accreditations recognise a practitioner’s knowledge and on-the-job experience and signifies being bound by a code of conduct. Registration with BASES and the Science Council provide an independent recognition of achieving and maintaining the exacting standards required to join the global community of professional scientists.
Only people on the Science Council’s register can say they are professional scientists and use the postnominals and only those on the BASES register may call themselves accredited Sport & Exercise Scientists.

Richard is also a graduate member of the Sport & Exercise Nutrition Register, part of the British Dietetic Association. SENR is designed to accredit suitably qualified and experienced registrants, who have the competency to work autonomously as a Sport & Exercise Nutritionist with performance-oriented athletes, as well as those participating in physical activity, sport and exercise for health.
